Villa Neraida is the original Ionian stone house which was very tastefully renovated during 2014-2015. Nestled in the tranquil hillside of Nissaki on Corfu's prestigious north east coast, the house is a true bijou and has a beautiful big outside terrace with olive trees, shady pergola and it' s own private pool. The ground floor consists of the main entrance of the house with a big living room with a fireplace, beautiful byzantine floor, direct access to the kitchen and the terrace, garden and pool.
The second floor consists of the master bedroom including a big wardrobe, beautiful oak floors, balcony with great views, walk-in cabinet and a very modern bathroom with toilet & shower. Next door we have Bedroom 1, also with beautiful oak floors and a very modern bathroom with toilet & shower. The whole House is equipped with a modern light concept allowing you to create your own private illumination. Spectacular sea and mountain views, ancient olive groves, wonderful walks and just a few minutes’ drive to the beaches, taverns and super/mini markets. The beautiful and historical Old Town Centre and the airport are in about 22 km distance.
The accommodation is suitable for maximum 4 persons. Prices are for the property whether it is for 2 persons or 4 persons. Welcome packs are available at cost price upon request. Airport pick up can be arranged. Car hire can be quoted upon request Boat hire can be arranged. Outside: Poolside seating and dining, 4 sunbeds, walled courtyard dining area for 6 persons, shady pergola, pretty borders with shrubs and flowers. Maid service: Pool cleaned twice weekly. Laundry/towels changed once weekly, unless requested more at extra charge.
