Rental Terms
1. GENERAL
1.1 is the owner of the Property, named Villa Neraida available to let on a short term basis in Apolisies, Nissaki _ Kerkyra.

1.3 Accuracy of Web and other Information. Villa Neraida makes every effort to ensure that advertised descriptions and images are correct, however Villa Neraida reserves the right to make changes/improve the properties and services from time to time.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1 Initial Deposit – An initial deposit of 50% must be paid to confirm a booking within 7days.
The deposit shall be paid to an account as agreed with Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. or by Credit Card to a
Reprensenting Office.2.2 No contract will exist between you and Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. until we received and accepted
the deposit payment.2.3 Your reservation will be confirmed upon the payment of a deposit.
2.4 If the deposit payment has not been received within 14 days or as agreed, Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd.
will assume that you have cancelled the Reservation.2.5 Balance Payment – Payment of the outstanding balance has to be paid max.
30days prior to Arrival Date / Check – In.
2.6. If the booking is made within 30 days of the Arrival Date, 100% of the rental cost shall be paid
when booking is made.2.7 Included in the Rental Rate:
2.7.1 Villa rental
2.7.2 Utilities (Electricity and water)
2.7.3 weekly cleaning service and twice weekly pool service
2.7.4 All Linen and towels
2.7.5 Call out service to repair any equipment problems
2.8 Excluded in the Rental Rate:
2.8.1 Car rentals and other transport charges
2.8.2 Food drinks and other consumables
2.8.3 Cancellation Insurance
2.8.4 Insurance for personal possessions
2.8.5 Excessive cleaning charges (e.g. upholstery)
2.9 Additional cleaning services can be ordered in advance at an additional cost of € 50.00. These services should best be ordered at the time of booking.
2.9.1 Any additional charges for breakages be settled locally on check out. The Renter agrees to pay the owner for the cost of repairing or replacing (solely at the owner’s discretion) any item of property, or contents at the Villa, which is damaged due to negligence or willful default of the renter during the renter’s occupation, or which is missing. The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named, and becomes responsible to Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. for all payments in respect of the booking.
3. RENTER CANCELLATIONS
3.1 In the event that you have to cancel your booking at any time it should be noted that no refund will be made whatsoever.
3.2 It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance, which will need to provide separately to your booking, such insurance should provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation (see Insurance).
4. CANCELLATIONS
Although it is unlikely that Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it is sometimes unavoidable in which case we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property booked, Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. will try to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. will cancel the booking and refund you in 50% of the total amount, less any bank transfers charges. Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
5. AMENDMENTS OF DATES
Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. will endeavor to accommodate changes in Booking dates wherever this is possible. This will be effected at no extra charge should alternative dates be available.
6. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
6.1 Guest should assume that Check-in time is after 3.00 p.m., and checkout time is 11 a.m. – Please have in mind that we will need your arrival / departure times, as by ferry or flight numbers.
7. REGISTERED GUESTS
7.1 Only those persons entered on the booking form may reside at the villa as guests. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes
7.2 The number of people staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated by you on the Villa Neraida booking form, except in the case of infants (under two years old), or unless specifically authorized.
7.3 Should the owner or the local representative find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking form, he may, at the absolute discretion of Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd., ask the extra person or persons to vacate the property forthwith.
7.4 No camping is permitted in the grounds or gardens adjacent to the Villa.
8. INSURANCE
8.1 It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. do not check this as it is the responsibility of the renter.
8.2 Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as, watercraft, water sports, jeep or motorbike rental etc.
8.3 Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. will not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government etc.
9. COMPLAINTS
9.1 In the unlikely event of a problem with your rental property occurring, whilst you are in Corfu please inform the Representative so that the matter can be attended to. If the situation cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, at the time, you may contact Villa Neraida, so that Villa Neraida is
given the opportunity to try to assist. All claims must be addressed directly by mail to the Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. Mail Address.9.2 Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. does not accept responsibility for the breakdown of the supply of water, or electricity, nor of swimming pool filtration systems, though we will use our best endeavors to arrange for any such problems to be solved quickly.
9.3 If there are any problems during the rental period, which could not be solved by dealing directly with the Representative, contact Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. immediately and he will use his best endeavors to rectify the situation.
9.4 Should a problem remain unsolved please make a complaint in writing by mail to Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. within 14 days of the completion of the rental period.
9.5 If the Villa is vacated before the end of the rental period without prior agreement with Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. or the Representative, this may result in the loss of all rights to compensation.
10. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
10.1 The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying at the property .
Noise should be kept to a reasonable level and Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa Neraida and no pets are allowed.
Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd., or the Representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the property forthwith.
11. VALUABLES
11.1 Any valuables left at the Villa are left at one’s own risk. Neither Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. nor the Representative at the property is responsible for any loss or damage to valuables or other property. The Villa Neraida has a safe and we recommend you to use it for your valuables.
12. JURISDICTION
Any contract that is made will be with the acceptance by both parties of these terms and conditions, which are governed by Greek law, and both parties will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
13. AGREEMENT
13.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Blue Horizon Corfu Ltd. / Villa Neraida. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the Villa’s website or other websites, shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms & conditions.
13.2 The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. Booking services with the company are only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a booking you warrant and confirm to us that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
14. SWIMMING POOL
Our Villa and pool is intended for adult use. Any children should be supervised at all times. Please be careful and do not run around the edges of the pool as some surfaces may become slippery.Ownership – Rentals & Management:
